About Carol

Carol shot her first film at 7 yrs. old, an 8mm short called THE DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TADPOLE. In her later years, she was an Asst. Casting Director with Hickmar Productions at Warner Bros. then Executive Assistant to Sony’s Amy Pascal and Miramax’s Harvey Weinstein.

Carol formed La Moog Productions in 1999 and has worked as an Executive Producer and Producer on several successful film projects. With a partner, she created, produced and co-directed actor Michael York in her TV series pilot, THIRD MILLENIUM, A.D. for the Discovery Channel. She honed her directing skills while giving back to the community, developing a film program for the L.A. Unified School District and teaching young filmmakers the art of directing and effective camera techniques for short films. She has several completed scripts of her own in the Rom-Com, Paranormal Crime Thriller, Period Drama and Family genres.
