I am an award-winning screenwriter (film/TV), with a background in directing from NYU's graduate film program (one of four talent-based scholarship recipients). I also attended the Eastman School of Music on a talent-based scholarship where I studied violin and viola.. I contributed an original soundtrack for the Emmy nominated Holocaust documentary "Lives Etched in Glass." It also won the Audience Award at the Jewish Film Festival. I am a creative writing teacher, script doctor, and an award-winning writer of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. I package my film projects with novels or memoirs. I also work as a free-lance writer and have adapted a best-selling book to screen along with numerous film and TV projects. My work ranges from historical fiction to the supernatural. I've worked with public figures to bring their stories to the screen, from an NFL player to a NBC war correspondent. My greatest pleasure is taking the seed of an idea and bringing it to fruition on multiple platforms. I am currently working on a script based on my own life which I plan to direct. Storytelling is my passion and I bring all my skill and heart to the process.
