Won Best Performance Lead Actress for her portrayal of Penny in the film, Penny Arcade at The 35th Annual Young Artist Awards, Hollywood 2014.

Recipient of two nominations in consecutive years for The Gala Youth Event. In 2013, Chanel was nominated for Best Actress at The 34th Annual Young Artist Awards, Hollywood for her lead performance in Bombay Beach.

Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Chanel commenced acting at the age of seven, swiftly moving to professional acting in Lockie Leonard, an Australian children's television series adapted from the Lockie Leonard books by novelist Tim Winton.

Chanel relocated to Los Angeles in July 2011 to persue her acting career and has added over 30 projects to her resume. Including a guest star role on the remake of the popular 80's television series, Hawaii Five-0 and a supporting role on the iconic daytime soap, Days Of Our Lives. She has both lead and support roles in numerous feature & short film projects, television, pilots, web series, commercial and stage.

In 2012 Chanel was under consideration for the lead role of Melissa in the New Line Cinema feature film "We're the Millers" and was invited to the table read with cast including Jennifer Aniston, Ed Helms, Jason Sudeikis, Nick Offerman & Will Poulter.
