Manipulate ticket sales to ensure arena is sold correctly for television purposes.

- Coordinated production details and floor seating for Wrestlemania 18-30 with a combined attendance of close to 1 million and ticket sales of close to $50 million, setting numerous arena attendance records.
- Synchronized production logistics for the first Raw and Smackdown broadcasts in England, Italy, Japan, and the first and only Pay-Per-View airing from Puerto Rico.
- Organized seating plans, ticket distribution plans, and production logistics for the last 4 WWE Tribute to the Troops shows from Ft. Hood Texas, Ft. Bragg North Carolina, the US Naval Installation in Norfolk, Virginia and Joint Base Lewis-McChord outside of Seattle.
