About Cameron
My name is Cameron Steinfeld, and I'm a freelance filmmaker living in Brooklyn. I've been working consistently on sets as an Assistant Director, and love the energy of working on a production be it a short, commercial or feature film. I’m very capable of writing schedules, running shoots, and communicating information between all departments. I’m not a complainer and value the importance of going with the flow. If the janitors didn't take out the trash, I don't complain about the janitors, I just take out the trash. I try to make every situation, even the most stressful, feel manageable and positive for everyone. I'm efficient, knowledgeable, and what I don't know, I can learn quickly.
