About Monica
I am Licensed Cosmetologist Instructor having been in the salon and beauty industry for almost 24 years (yes right out of high school). As a child prodigy who was active and accelled in poetry writing, choir, dance, and atheletics but whose parent s decided not to let take an accelerated role through my grade school years which would have allowed me to complete hoghschool at 15 instead of 17, i dropped all college prep courses to become a Criminal Mustice Major to follow my heart and become a professional stylist, and I have NOT regretted it once. I I have worked with styled models, been creative director for photo shoots, educated for hair and fashion shows, and I am also an advocate for education for anything you do in life, because without it our professional industries and our personal lives and our individual growth is doomed to failure. And lastly I am seeking to upstart a NON-Profit College catering to Accredited Occupatonal Programming for the Creative Arts and Sciences.
Unique traits: I love classic and period piece movies (loved the hair and styling in American Hustle, and the upcoming 300 Empire Rising), I am atheletic, I am a critical critical thinker, I love to laugh, love making others laugh, and I have a real Phobia of all-things related to bugs
