A family returns to rural Ohio to settle the estate of their late patriarch, only to the find the house and adjacent lake are teeming with restless spirits seeking absolution from a serial killer who has become active again. 

SYNOPSIS:

The Miller family returns to the shores of man-made Lake Winona in rural Ohio after the family patriarch passes away. While prepping the estate for sale, the teenage son (grandson to the late owner) starts being harassed by spirits who keep pointing him toward the lake - specifically the steeple of the submerged church left in the water from when the dam filled and flooded half of the town. The son befriends several other teens in the small town, who reveal that the flooded part of Winona holds a ghastly secret: As the lake filled, bodies washed to the surface exposing and unknown serial killer. Now, many years later as the drought sets in and exposes the ruins of the old town, the serial killer has returned. Now the son must find the killer before members of his family becomes the next victims.
