Barbara Chepaitis

I'm author of 13 published books, in genre fiction, mainstream fiction, and nonfiction. I've got a series - the 'fear' series, featuring Jaguar Addams, who uses her telepathic skills to make criminals face the fears that drove their crimes. My mainstream novels include Feeding Christine, These Dreams, and Something Unpredictable. My nonfiction is all for the birds. Meaning, one book, Feathers of Hope, is about a bird sanctuary, the man who runs it, and the human connection with birds. That one led me into the adventure of Saving Eagle Mitch, where I was asked to help a Navy SEAL get a war-wounded eagle from Afghanistan to the US. I like to keep busy. I've optioned 2 scripts, written and produced a short film, and am in the process of translating much of my novel work into script form.
