My last book and DVD, YOGA IN BED, hit #1 on for all of wellness after I appeared on REGIS & KELLY and CBS’ EARLY SHOW and after my book was featured in PEOPLE Magazine. YOGA IN BED has been translated into more than a dozen languages.

My new novel, DOWNWARD DOG –– about a bad boy yoga teacher in NYC –– has already been optioned for a film by Producer Sarah Finn, casting director of over 50 films including the Best Picture Oscar Winner CRASH, Oliver Stone's last three movies, and the IRON MAN and AVENGERS Series. DOWNWARD DOG was released in paperback in June 2014.
