About Matt

As a story consultant and script reader for over ten years, I've worked for production companies, independent filmmakers, managers, contests, agents, and everything in-between. Since 2006, I've been with Script Pipeline, a company that links industry execs searching for new material with emerging screenwriters. Recent success stories include helping launch the career of Evan Daugherty (Snow White and the Huntsman, Killing Season) as well as other writers who have utilized Script Pipeline to land representation and get their scripts produced.

I also have a background in writing both fiction and screenplays--and am a huge procrastinator in both. So I'd much rather help motivated screenwriters foster their careers in the industry (and yeah, there's way less pressure when you're helping someone else crack into the biz).
