About Lola

I recently graduated from MA in Film Making at Goldmiths, University of London, and in 2006 in Film Direction by ESCAC. I've worked in many areas of the moving image, explored subjects related to sexuality, post-pornography and queer theory and participated in multidisciplinary cultural events in both London and Barcelona.
In 2009 I was awarded with "La Caixa" Obra Social fellowship programme to further studies in the UK, and won a Petra Joy Award. I've screened in many different arenas, from Hangar in Barcelona to Volte Gallery in Mumbay and Galloverde International Film Festival on Sexual Thematic, Buenos Aires. I look forward to interesting challenging projects, regardless of genre, medium and budget.
