• Shepherded a feature film completed for film festivals and then shelved for over a year through the additional post production steps necessary to prepare it for domestic and international distribution, despite problems with locating original elements and un-cleared music in the festival mix, and with minimal involvement from original producers.
• Reduced technical QC rejections from well over 50% to almost 0%, improving company’s reputation and helping sales, by implementing quality control standards and procedures for all in-house productions.
• Teaching senior-level college course on post production for short and long form television, as well as feature films, after re-structuring course curriculum from covering only post for one-hour television.

• Reduced cost of archiving fees to company by assembling inventory of elements in archive, disposing of unnecessary elements, setting policy regarding what elements should be archived, and designing an inventory system to track all archived materials.
