Andrea Nordgren

I am a producer/director in the Milwaukee/Chicago area. I specialize in documentary style storytelling and, though I do a broad range of work, my focus is on projects that give a voice to those who are under-represented or marginalized in our society.

I am the content director and executive producer at a 40-person brand agency, Core Creative. I lead the agency efforts in storytelling and aligning content across multiple channels. As the executive producer, I lead creative production and post-production in-house and manage external crews and resources for TV, radio, and digital/online content. I also own my very small indie film production company, Heroine, dedicated to telling social justice stories.

I am also the executive producer for The 3% Conference, a movement changing the ratio of gender and diversity in creative leadership.
