Accomplished French music teacher, composer, singer, guitarist, and pianist, Sonia Mokhtari specializes in sound design and film scores. Her love of music inspired her to study Arabic music at the Conservatory of Music in Lyon and Jazz while at the Conservatory of Music in Vienne. She also studied at the University of Music of Lyon in France before getting an 01 visa (alien with extraordinary ability) to come to America. Now in sunny San Fransisco, Sonia teaches music and vocals while also working as a freelance composer. A well-rounded and deeply experienced musician, Sonia is a true lover of music who enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with others through her freelance endeavors.
