Talia Davis

Talia Davis began her professional career performing on stages across the North American continent as a child actor touring with Barney in the late 90s into the early 2000s. She was awarded performing arts and academic scholarships to attend university, where she was classically trained and earned her bachelor’s degree in theater and psychology. Post-graduation, Talia relocated to Los Angeles where she continued to perform on stage in productions like Since ’76 and Fefu & Her Friends, (an immersive experience which was the first production to be performed inside Frank Lloyd Wright’s historic landmark Hollyhock House in Hollywood). Talia, being the epitome of a forever student, is “in dojo”, taking on an onslaught of classes as part of Open City Acting Studio Conservatory Program to hone her skills and deepen her connection to her creative instrument through Meisner Technique with mentor and instructor, Alani iLongwe. Talia has consistently worked as a voice actor over the last three years (Dynasty Warriors XIIII, Pop Sockets, Para Verte Mejor). Her most recent on-screen credits include Sinister Squad, Your Love is Strong, and He Watches Over Me. When she isn’t booked for acting work, Talia spends her time recording her Pomp & Unpopular podcast, running her online store, songwriting, reading tarot for clients and brushing up on her French (language and cuisine). Prior to the pandemic, you could find her twirling a hole into the dance floor El Floridita Monday nights. Talia is more than an actor, she is a well-rounded woman with many interests and passions, one of the greatest being her love for children and community. She volunteered at Free Arts, and previously trained as a behavioral therapist, working with children with autism. One day she will charter a school of her own that deviates from the mainstream methods and implements a holistic, immersive approach to teaching.
