About Ivar

After studying in Perth, Australia as a writer/director, Makari worked in television in Norway at the NRK before moving home to Kenya to set up a production company, Black Viking Productions. Makari is keenly interested in the crime/thriller genre as well as motivational drama. He is currently writing for both TV and film and envisions demolishing the assumption that quality is and can be compromised in African production and writing.
