Alfonso DiLuca is a Dominican-American actor / writer. He lives in Los Angeles, California.

He was born in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola. His twenty-five year acting career spans stage and screen in Miami, Latin America, New York and Los Angeles.

Alfonso is best known most recently for his role as "Jorge" (in his 4th season recurring) on the popular TV series "Jane the Virgin" (The CW Network).

Additionally, he has more than 200 episodes as a principal actor in Hispanic TV series, including memorable roles in hit Hispanic soap-operas like "Prisionera" and "La Viuda de Blanco" with NBC/Telemundo, which have been translated into numerous languages and distributed in worldwide syndication.

Other works include the role of "Cristo" in "Burn Notice", as well as participations in multiple American TV series as "NCIS: New Orleans", "Undercovers", "Matador", "America's Most Wanted", "Days of Our Lives", among others.

Alfonso is in his mid 50’s but often plays mid-forties and up. He is Hispanic of European descent with a prolific history playing characters such as politicians, diplomats, drug-lords, bankers, mature boyfriends and a great variety of comedic types. He speak excellent English with a neutral Hispanic accent.
