He was given a life time membership and is the official Cuban Representative for the AJJIF Organization, which he represents faithfully.
TOURNAMENT RECORD:
Several times first place winner in many tournaments as a young man.
1998 to 2001, went to Canada to compete in the Koshiki Full Contact Tournament and was three times division champion in a row by winning first place in Koshiki Sparring, Traditional Kata (forms), and weapon forms each year.
In 2005, I started Martial Oceans International; a company dedicated to promoting martial arts and family vacations through seminars, championship tournaments, and conventions on cruise ships. 
A championship cruise is now being planned for 2014 for seminars and the new URBAN COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIP developed for full contact fighting. URBAN COMBAT consists of a team of two fighters against two others (same time, no tag team), three minute matches.
