About Lee

I'm an actor/voice artist/writer/producer based in New York. My solo theatre show, "Bully" () is touring theatres and schools and has now been seen by more than 13,000 people in the U.S. and Canada. My first short film, "Attempt to Rise" () has now been screened in six festivals and won "Best Film Premiere" at the Hudson Valley Film Festival. Awarded "Best Dramedy Actor" for my work on the "Justice Woman" web series at the Rome Web Awards and voiced the Unicorn in the award-winning "Saving Unicorns" web series. When I'm not working, I love to dance, play music and go for a lively karaoke session. Cheers everyone!

JUSTICE WOMAN is a campy series that pays homage to the superheroes of yesteryear with an engaging story line that involves Sofia bringing to light questionable practices in the prosecution of the city's cases, most notably the incarceration of an innocent migrant worker, Jesus Lopez, and her quest to prove his innocence with the help of her best friend Robert. Starring Vanessa Verduga as SofĂa Escala/Justice Woman (think Wonder Woman with a law degree) and Lee J. Kaplan as Robert/Roberta Gallion, this smart, funny, fast-paced series tackles serious issues of corruption in our legal system with a large dose of campy humor. Think "Law & Order" meets "...
