About Ryan
Ryan is Co-Owner of Deadpan Films, responsible for the ITV Sports Life Stories Documentaries as well as 2014 critically-acclaimed Keane Vieira Best of Enemies also for ITV.
Ryan co-wrote the screenplay for Deadpan's latest satirical short film/ TV pilot 'Perfect State', due to be screened in April 2014.
Ryan and Tim Mackenzie Smith (also of Deadpan Films) are in pre-production on a very exciting 6-part comedy- drama. More to come on that!
Ryan is currently script-writing for the UK comedy channel 'Dave' on a comedy/ soccer clip-show series building up to the World Cup at Brazil 2014.
Was a member of The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. Trained for 3 years at LAMDA. Has had a varied TV, film and theatre career.
As an actor Ryan's TV work includes Sergeant Kenny Morris in BBC's Eastenders. Played Matthew Thyme, the policeman son of Laura Thyme (Pam Ferris) in Rosemary and Thyme for ITV. Has been cast in many comedic roles, most notably for Harry Hill's TV Burp for ITV and Coupling for BBC.
Recently voiced the UK advertising campaign for John Williams' 'Warhorse' soundtrack.
