About Carlos

Actor, host, dancer, model. social worker and an activist. Carlos Antonio was born in Venezuela where he acted and danced in several TV soaps, plays and TV shows. He also was a co-host of a US-based variety show titled ENTERATE! which aired thru UPN (later becoming My46TV). The show was bilingual and broadcasted throughout the Midwest of the USA.. Carlos Antonio plays one of the three leads in the indie sensation SHADOWLAND, a new take on the vampire lore that garnished many awards (including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actress) in the more than a dozen film festivals it played. He also plays the lead in Luis Armando Roche's latest film, DE REPENTE LA PELICULA, a satire in the most absurdist fashion which won the BEST ACTING ENSAMBLE award in the Venezuelan Film Festival last June 2012. He just finished shooting in the indie film SOUND OF NOTHING, a post-apocalyptic movie, and simultaneously in the short political comedy ONE DAKOTA. He's in Venezuela right now finishing his special appareance in the gritty/violent drama COMPLOT to be released in 2013.
