Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, DJ Razee's first broadcasts from KDEL radio began in the mid-1970s, using cassette tapes, walkie-talkies, and citizen's band frequencies. He was eight.

Working in conjunction with the University of Colorado at Denver, and Colorado Institute of Art, DJ Razee has produced and performed throughout the Denver theatre community.

Galleries and performance venues include Rock Arts, Edge Gallery, Pirate Gallery, Core: A New Art Space, and Open Press: A Fine Art Printmaking Facility.
