About Jason

Jason B. Schmidt is a NYC-based actor, voice over talent, and half of the musical comedy sensation The Parodivas. Jason holds a BFA in Acting from Adelphi University and has traveled the US starring in numerous productions.

He recently starred in the Golden Girls Parody, Thank You For Being a Friend: The Musical at The Kraine Theater and prior to that was seen in The Gayest Christmas Pageant Ever! at Off-Broadway’s The Actors Playhouse and the 30th Anniversary National Tour of Singin’ in the Rain.

Jason’s voice over talents can be heard in The Red Dead Redemption by Rockstar Games released earlier this year. The Parodivas have headlined in clubs all over NYC, including Comix, Gotham, The Algonquin and more. Jason was fictitiously born in France.
