Tommy Trull is an award-winning playwright, director, and poet. His play HONEYBOY won the Charles Getchell Award (Southeastern Theatre Conference) and was published in Southern Theatre Magazine. He has won the Mark Gilbert Award Twice for his dark dramas FIVE TIL NOW and ECHOES OF MERCY. His plays have been produced in NYC, Chicago, California, and elsewhere. Tommy is also the playwright-in-residence for Fly By Night Theatre in Greensboro, NC, and he teaches at Greensboro College and GTCC. He received his MFA in Playwriting from Spalding University.
