I am a senior at Bowling Green State University majoring in Film Production with a minor in Creative Writing. I knew I wanted to be filmmaker in 7th grade after I saw Lord of the Rings the Fellowship of the Rings. I was blown away by everything about that film and decided in the theater that I wanted to be apart of creating something like that. I became interested in editing freshmen year of high school when I discovered Windows Movie Maker on the computer and started to create music videos. I still edit together music videos and place them on youtube as a hobby. I'm still in college and continue to be apart of productions. In the future after I finish school I hope to pursue my dream as an editor or even director.
Eye for An Eye Written for my Screenwriting class. It is about two boys in Northern Ireland and their encounter with the Troubles. The idea came from a song called "There Were Roses" by Tommy Sands that I heard in another class North Ireland Folklore. It is basically my own telling of that real life story made into a song.
