I'm a sole practitioner with a primary but not exclusive emphasis on motion picture rights agreements and engagement agreements for producers, writers, directors, actors and others involved in motion picture production. I was an associate in a law firm (subsequently merged with another firm) that had a substantial entertainment practice, and have been in-house counsel and outside counsel (both in NY) to Warner Bros. and Special Counsel in NY to Miramax. Memberships include IFP, Film Independent, New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT), Harvardwood, NY State Bar Association - Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section (EASL), and American Bar Association - Intellectual Property Law Section & Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries.
