Michael Ball

Since reaching the Academy Nicholl quarterfinals with the second draft of my first ever script, I've gone on to write several industrials, including a reel for Warner Bros.

I'm currently developing / polishing 3 features -- all of them edgy comedies with heart -- and am open to new assignments in that genre. (Or a related genre you'd like to write me a check for, of course).

I'm also a UCLA grad, and have held management positions for two of the larger Hollywood trailer / poster houses. Which qualifies me for nothing as a writer, but it somehow felt relevant here...?
