I'm a cultural consultant on Japanese culture. (Stage 32 does not have this as "Occupation" option!!)
My job is to provide nuance and context when the film/theatre work/TV program is portraying Japanese culture and make sure it is accurate and fair. I also can work as employee relations side when the production have Japanese crew to make sure people from different culture can work collaboratively.
