Janet Ivey

I've won 12 Regional Emmy Awards and 5 Gracie Allen Awards for my children's interstitial series, Janet's Planet. My passion project can be found on 140+ public television stations across the country, Club Jelly Telly, BatteryPop, Viddiverse and HighBrow, and KTV. My acting archetypes are: business professional, nurse, mom, teacher, friend, and reporter. I've written children's scripts, assistant directed and directed for Janet's Planet and Mother Goose Club. I've been the co-host for Tennessee's Wildside, an outdoor magazine show that airs on regional public television stations in the southeast for 14 years. I've hosted infomercials and countless industrials. My goal is to host a science show and be the female version of Bill Nye the Science Guy, Mike Rowe and Neil Degrasse Tyson.
