On my forth career ( US Army iofficer during Vietnam conflict, member New York Stock Exchange, played senior professional golf) and it is by far the hardest & most frustrating!!! Talent is such a small component- but I WILL PREVAIL!! Being the consummate professional I truly enjoy mentoring all the young aspirants. There are so many great stories.
