I am a 62-year-old IT professional originally from Milwaukee, WI.
I started acting in theatre in the late 80’s after being honorable discharged from the Marine Corps in 1985. I performed in local community and professional theatre in the Milwaukee area and then moved to Chicago in 1990 to pursue my theatre career.
I performed in three productions with Strawdog Theatre Company, and I do have an IMDB acting credit for my role as Meecha Dealings in the film "Acme" directed by Rusty Nails that had limited art house release in Chicago back in 2000.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, majoring in Art History with a minor in Philosophy – (Long Story). I also have some graduate school training in Arts Administration from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. However, I had to stop before completing the graduate-level course work due to extenuating life circumstances – (Another Long Story)
I have been working in the Information Technology Field for the past 25+ years. I am currently an IT Manager working for a local utility company in the state of Wisconsin and I have been with that organization for 18 years.
I have written two feature film screen plays one about a major Marine Corps battle during the Korean War and the other a domestic terrorist thriller involving a physical attack on the local Power Grid in the state of Wisconsin.
I have additional ideas for other feature film scripts that I plan to develop in the coming years.
Most importantly, I have been happily married to my lovely wife for 30+ years and we have two beautiful adult children ages who are thriving.
Unique traits: Unique traits: I have been told that I am highly organized. Also, I use to co-lead a weekly Urban Combative Study Group with my former Krav Maga instructor in Madison, WI. Since the pandemic, we haven’t re-engaged the study group due to extenuating circumstances. Urban Combatives (UC) was founded by Lee Morrison in 1999; you can find more information about Lee and UC community by navigating to the following web site - https://urbancombatives.com/
