About Grace

I was first introduced to the industry in 1989 working as Talent Coordinator for the Phyllis Dumont Agency. In 1991 Phyllis sold the agency but I kept getting calls from Clients and Artist for assistance so I decided to keep at it and created Talent Connection in 1992 and have enjoyed operating it since then. I love working with such talented and creative minded people and enjoy being a part of being able to help bring things together and see the creativeness that comes about. I am very proud to say I have great regular Clients and absolute talented, professional Artist that I work with on a regular basis but yet enjoy meeting, working and creating great relationships with new people that come my way. I love doing what I do and love being in this industry. I am happy to announce that after being a talent herself since a young age and after helping me on many of my projects my daughter has taken over Talent Connection so now I can focus more on my filmmaking which has spent many years on the back burner. Currently in the process of setting up the "Caballero Ranch Animal Rescue Center" which is based on our family ranch in South Texas. I would like to film a documentary of the process of doing it and showing the hurdles one has to go through to accomplish the goal. Information soon!! Well things have been delayed. After two falls I have had to stop everything (career wise) and now have to take 24 hour care of my 82 year old mother. I'm glad that 2016 is over it has been a horrible year for me with dealing with taking complete care of my mother, the passing of my Husband in March and being forced to move and being almost homeless because the son of my landlord was getting out of prison early and he wanted to live in the house we were in. Well 2017 is here and I am looking forward to a better year and getting back to what I love to do. My goal is to be ready to start back on getting the Animal Rescue going by April or May and start filming.

Unique traits: Loves to travel, loves to work and doesn't mind long 12-16 hour days and likes learning new trades
