About Lisa

After 20 years in NY and 10 in LA, I moved to Hawaii for a guy. I was there for 9 years and moved back to PA to assist my mother. I go back to NY to perform in various plays, films and readings as much as possible, and loved being somewhat Bi-Continental. I still am working with folks in Hawaii and New York.

Recent featured roles in film shorts "Beyond & Above" (2022) and "The Big Pivot" (2021). Both placing and winning and premiering at over 20 international film festivals.

I co-starred in the multiple film festival awarded "Under The Blood Red Sun", as well as another multiple award-winning independent film "The Haumana" and two episodes of "Hawaii 5-0." I played the lead in "A Cat's Tale," which has won multiple festival awards. I teach "Audition Tune-Up" when on Oahu and taught acting for film/television at the University of Hawaii. I also have created and am creating documentary theatre projects here, as well as in New York. TV also includes all of the "Law & Order" shows, a recurring role in FX's "Rescue Me," and a small role in "Birth" with Nicole Kidman.

Currently working on Zoom projects (acting, teaching/coaching outside of Philadelphia. Have a sound studio in mom's closet here as well! Aloha!

Unique traits: I love cold weather and snow and to be crazy busy... yet live/lived in Hawaii? I'm a scuba diver who has seen The Galapagos, Socorro, Mexico, Fiji, and the Hawaiian Islands - under water. But being on a project in theatre or film, or writing away with my writer's group, Da Best! I co-founded an off-broadway theatre company, Primary Stages, and have color synesthesia. Ask me about it! Aloha!
