After many inquiries from many friends in high school, I decided that I wanted to reach more seniors in the college/scholarship process and answer their concerns with a webinar. The problem is that I've never hosted a webinar before and have no idea how to get it started or what free programs there are that's good. The only completely free programs I've heard of is google hangouts on air. What programs or tips can you share with me?

What's on my mind? Networking and doing it the right way. I know in the biz it's important but it is equally important to do it right. I have shied away from networking because I am thinking I am bothering someone or just that whole ritual of approaching someone at a mixer is kind of awkward.
