Alexandra Hall

I am a filmmaker in the process of making three short films, a dancer film, a documentary and a fictional narrative short. These works are made in correlation with my masters in communication design at The Glasgow School of Art. Before moving to the UK, I work in the US as a production assistant on fashion photo shoots in New York City and then later as a production coordinator and 2nd assistant director on feature films in New Mexico. Passionate about European art house cinema, I moved to Glasgow to create a body of work and to establish myself within the UK film industry. I graduate this coming June and hope to stay another year in Scotland to make my first feature film.

I am at the foundation of my career so I am always open to new opportunities within the industry that help me grow and learn as a filmmaker. Most importantly I am always looking for new people with whom to collaborate.
