Mister Laws (Jason Laws) is a Director-Choreographer that creates magic moments via concepts, choreography, & flash mobs for Fortune 500 companies and today's budding music artists.
After stepping onto the industry scene as Assistant Choreographer for the Oprah and Black Eyed Peas Flash Mob, which numbered over 21,000 dancers, Jason has quickly become the go-to creative professional for the Midwest. He went on to choreograph Foxy Shazam's "Oh Lord" music video, an MTV & VH1-featured video that Entertainment Weekly magazine named as one of the Top 10 Music Videos of Spring 2010. Jason is now a 3-time consecutive Creative Director and Choreographer for Lollapalooza music artists 2009-2011.
Jason's choreography and direction can also be seen in flash mobs and live shows for brands like The Chicago Tribune, Vitaminwater, and Sears. In 2011, for the first time in history, the internationally-broadcast McDonald's Thanksgiving Parade experienced a live finale, produced and choreographed through Jason's vision and collaboration with the Chicago Festival Association. The result was a successful "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" parade spectacle centered around Santa Claus. Recently named the 2011 Choreographer of the Year at the Chicago Urban Music Awards, Jason has proven to be more than just a creative consultant--he's also a business professional specializing in innovative solutions to help brands and artists win over consumers and fans.
Whether a brand is looking for a creative solution through movement, a music artist is seeking the development and polish of today's industry standards, or a client is seeking a blend of business & creative consultation, Mister Laws takes your vision, surpasses your business objectives, and provides you with new & re-engaged audiences alike.
