Wesam Seif Elislam

Wesam graduated from “Modern Academy” school of business administration. Although his studies are irrelevant to filmmaking, he decided to learn and practice the rules of the industry.

Wesam started his film making career in 2006, till he rose up to work with all the big production houses in Egypt.

He is responsible for creating quotations and hiring a team of professionals that are specialised in handling all operations from pre-production through post-production. He utilises and supplies his own resources through his various contacts within Egypt and the regional market throughout the Middle East, Europe and the US.

His previous projects include a wide variety of TV ads, channel identities, documentaries, promos, TV programs, music album, music videos,TV series, and films.

In 2006, he started working as a production runner, then production assistant, location manager, production manager, line producer until he specialized in executive production.

His experience over the past five years gave him a well-rounded knowledge of what is needed in today’s demanding industry.

He has the experience in working with international/Non-Egyptian film Directors, DOPs and staff, catering to their needs in camera equipment, lighting and state-of-the-art technology to ensure only the best productions.

His experience in filmmaking includes working with 35mm, 16mm, HD, DV, REDONE, ALEXA.
He knows well how to offer full service production and film making hiring professional and experienced cast and crew, providing equipment, locations and permits in Egypt throughout the Middle East, in addition to a range of talented directors and writers. He believes that the best business identities are not presented by long drawn out presentations but by quality show reels that showcase creative strength and capabilities.
