RE: Chicago Screenwriter/Filmmaker/Film Developer looking for representation.

Dear Filmmakers,

I have recently completed (5 years developing) a series of ORIGINALLY scripted Grimm Fairy Tales that could be made for either a Television Series or made into full length Feature Films. Perhaps, you and your production house may be interested in representing me and the unique and wonderful stories I’ve created. Please read the short pitch below. I can also send you an extremely detailed portfolio of the project... I.E. pitch cards, pitch book, shot breakdowns, storyboards, original font, movie posters, scripts... And/Or my portfolio of working on the project... Pitch Trailer etc... Simply contact me by email

Titles:
Teller Of Tales: A Fib Fit For A King
Teller Of Tales: A Handmaiden’s Deviled Egg
Teller Of Tales: The Fox And The Kid

Genre: Family/Fantasy/Childrens/Live-Action or Animation

Synopsis: A Lord Of The Rings-esque world with Harry Potter-like characters, who majestically inhabit a mythical chain of islands at the end of the Crusades. A time where decisions and emotions of the living control Father Nature’s world by nurturing a “Tree of Life.” In this, two princely twin brothers split ways in youth and become Kings of their own Kingdoms and unknown enemies of each other. Albeit..,

Log Line: By telling fables that are believed to come true, a Storyteller becomes King in a King's Kingdom, where he recites Grimm stories that influence the fate of the living, who must sustain morality by choosing good from evil in a Kingdom that will undeniably be cast into a Heaven/Hell.

Pitch: In a gothic world of whimsical carnivalesque themes shadowed by suspense; where Shakespeare meets Dr. Seuss in poetic writing style; and by the likes of Jim Henson’s moral teachings that nurture through puppetry, songs, and fables: these Grimm fairy tales are sure to be the next epic series of bedtime stories.
