About Diane
Some years ago when my daughter was younger, I completed a Childrens Writers Course and loved every minute of it. I love making up and creating characters and stories and beginning, middles and ends. I had two stories accepted for publication. I have a full length animated film that I created recently and it needs a home on the big screen, so I'm looking at how to make it happen, and then hopefully spend my days having fun writing and making up stuff instead of construction. GULI OF THE SILVERBACKS Animation Logline: Guli is a big hearted young teen male gorilla, who cannot stop finding trouble in the jungles of Africa. He brings together the Lowland and Mountain gorillas to help end their century long hatred war. Forced together they then have to face Man. Set in the Lowlands of The Congo’s in an African Jungle. Guli wants to prove to his Father that he is not a careless fool. Guli manages to drag his family members into a series of non-stop adventures, trouble and challenges. Along the way he meets his two new best friends, a female Mountain gorilla and a parrot with turrets.
