Based on actual ancient fossils from the giant ape, “Gigantopitchecus”, a rogue anthropologist believes the species still survives - and is the basis for the “myth” of Sasquatch. When he finds a living Gigantopithecus, his rival and the supposed expert in the field takes all measures to own the discovery himself.
------
Think Indiana Jones modern day. This script is based on work I was asked to do to help launch the first-ever scientific expedition to try and find the legendary primate. Seriously. I worked with world-class scientists, including Dr. Jeff Meldrum and Jane Goodall. The script consultant is Mitchell Levin, a prime reader at DreamWorks. The poster was designed gratis by John Dietz who loves the script and did VFX on all 5 Harry Potter Films and The Hunger Games, etc. He is Beijing and would like to help produce.

In New York City, a rebellious teenage boy falls in love for the first time with a girl from the deep South, while he and his estranged mother are forced to face their dangerous past. This script was commissioned by a German producer, and now I own the rights.)
