About Kimberly

Kimberly is a screenwriter, director and producer based in Los Angeles. After graduating with a degree in Communications from Baker University, she went on to study acting for several years with the company TheatrGROUP, based in St. Louis, MO. Relocating to Los Angeles, she continued her studies in Cinema at Los Angeles City College, where she won back to back audience favorite awards for her short films. Since graduating from the program, she has been working as a 1st AD and UPM on independent short films and features, all while continuing to nurture her passion for screenwriting. She is devoted to amplifying female voices and is always on the lookout for opportunities to work with diverse collaborators. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, meditation and reading. Her current favorite topics include neuroscience, philosophy and quantum physics, though she doubts she can explain any of it.
