Hi All,
I'm a Writer living in Las Vegas for the past seven years. I started out as a playwright and when one of my scripts "Tastes Just Like Chicken" was produced and voted audience favorite I decided I might finally have found my tribe. From plays I transitioned to screenplays primarily told through a Dark Fantasy and Comedy lens. How shocked was I to find nobody was beating down my doors to capture my script babies on film. Thus came the birth of Illusion City Films and then Chris Battle Films in an effort to start building a Brand Image. My latest film, part one of a four part intertwined story called "Tales From The Apocalypse" was just accepted into the VIFF so paint me joyful. It's currently making the festival rounds as I am in pre-production on Part Two. So that my acting bones don't atrophy in the meantime,
I currently play Lady MACBETH and Bottom from MIDSUMMER in a local Shakespearean theater repertory company for the sheer fun of it.
