Hi Guys,

I've always wanted to be a filmmaker since I was 12. I would get my friends together and choreograph lightsaber battles then edit in the fx frame by frame. I graduated film school at LIU Post, and I've worked on scores of projects with colleagues and clients alike. Right now I own a production company called Shuttersound Pictures, and we pride ourselves on making wedding films that make an emotional connection. I'm stepping into phase 2 of my business, and would like to rack my focus back on filmmaking. I'll say I'm not experienced working in the industry because I've always had a "less is more approach" and would wear as many hats as possible to get the job done. My core strengths are directing, shooting and editing, because when I read a script I can visualize it clearly, communicate effectively, and translate through meaningful shot choices and edits. I'm currently looking for a writer/producer in NYC who needs help getting their script off the page. From pre to post I'm in love with the whole process (except distribution and social media)

To tell you a little about myself, I'm a gamer, snowboarder, surfer, musician/audiophile with an entrepreneurial spirit. I love working with small crews because they allow the talent to breathe, and theres nothing more exciting than waking up on a shoot day. Looking forward to meeting all the talented creatives out there!
