Betsy McGowen

I co-created an animated series called Camp Lakebottom which was nominated as the 2018 Best Animated Series by the Canadian Screen Awards. I have written scripts for Thomas Edison's Secret Lab (PBS), My Little Pony (The Hub), and The Adventures of Chuck and Friends (The Hub), and have been a first round reader for the Slamdance Film Festival (2019, 2020). I am a former children's TV exec and am currently working on my first middle grade book as well as new series pitches.
