Karla Alfonzo-Smith

Hello all,
I have been a performer pretty much all my life. I started dancing since I could walk, then found that I could sing at very young age, then came acting and that was it! I knew since I was 12 that this is all I want to do with my life. After having my son at 18 and being single I decided to focus all of my attention on being the best mom I could be to him and put my dreams of being a professional actress and singer on the back burner. Acting and music are part of my soul and I never let go my dreams.Now that my son is older and we have such strong bond and relationship it's time for me to build the life and career that I always dreamed of. Not too long ago we made the move out to LA and I love it here. It has been quite the adventure with plenty of sunshiny days along with some bumps in the road. No matter what bumps come my way I go forward in making this my career. Since being in LA I've had the great opportunity to work on some independent projects, meet some successful people to work and learn from and be the lead singer of a band. Currently I am writing a short film, writing music, singing with my band and of course looking for the next opportunity to work on great projects.
