About Pavel
Music composer Pavel Kalina awarded in Versailles and in Prague studied composition at the Prague Conservatory with prof. Oldřich Semerák and piano with prof. Jiří Holeňa.
In 1988 he participated in the International Workshop of Contemporary Music in Poland under the leadership of well-known contemporary composers Luc Ferrari, Luigi Nono, Henryk Górecki and others.
In 1989 he was granted by the French "Fondation pour une Entraide Intellectual Européene" to study contemporary music in Paris and Lisbon.
