Born in Delft, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. Attended the Mime-school in Amsterdam. Graduated in 1999. Started at the Toneelschool Amsterdam that same year, graduated in 2001 with playing 'Hamletmachine' by Heiner Muller, directed by Mark Colijn, a close friend and colleague. Is mostly working in theatre, mostly as a member of Wurz, a theatre-group run by Jules Terlingen. Hobbies are: reading, art in general and literature, theatre and film in particular.
