While it could be argued that what I do is more Folk, or Americana than Jazz, it could and has been argued the other way around, at least in the sense of conceptual orientation.

And while what I have been doing is “the Great Walkabout”, which has been to wander around and play all those small places, the Pubs, biker bars, coffeehouses, community arts centers around the country simply to see what the country really does feel like these days. To find out if the stories I tell with the music and words are relevant.

It could also be argued that it may be time to grow.
