Brianna Colombo

​I am currently working as a freelance property master in New York City in theatre and film. I started in theatre and film a two years ago after taking a class on theatrical design and falling in love. My philosophy when working on a production is that a great show can only happen if we are all working together. All people involved in the production, from follow spot operator to lead actor, is just as important as anyone else to the success of a production. I thrive best in an environment where all those involved are equally appreciated and where everyone involved also wants to be there and takes their role responsibly. What I love about theatre and film is that it's a place where you can create something completely unique each show. The aspect of working with a group of people, coordinating ideas and concepts and creating a world for an audience to experience, putting your creation out there for everyone to see and hoping they like it just as much as you do is exciting. No show is ever the same as another, each has it's own essence and dynamic.
