I am a self-taught sewing engineer, designer, propmaker and patternmaker. I have a Studio space on the Westside of Albuquerque serving the clients all around the State of New Mexico, the United States and International.
I have a broad range of experience in a variety of sewing projects, from pillows to costumes and everything in between. Propmaking for cosplay naturally evolved into working on films. If my clients dream it, I will work with them to figure out a way to make it reality.
I do not claim to know everything there is to know about the art department but because I take on such a variety of projects I have been able to gain new insights and experiences so that I will never stop learning about my craft.
While sewing has been my focus since officially starting my business in 2009 my actual experience has more depth. I have been involved in projects over the past 20 years from props, casting, location scouting, set and wardrobe to production and script writing and editing. I am never afraid to take on a challenge.
As of January 2013 I joined with a partner who can re-create armor to start a new business called Knight Blue Design to better incorporate all the creative services we can provide.
I would love to work with you on your creative project. My motto is 'What can we create today?'
